The CEO leads the day-to-day operations according to internal and external control instruments. In consultation with the chairman of the board, the CEO draws up documentation that enables the board to make well-founded decisions. The CEO is also responsible for continuously reporting to the Board on the Group’s development and for the market to receive a true and fair view of the Group.
Since August 20, 2018, the Group management has consisted of the CEO, two divisional managers and six managers for business and staff processes. The management coordinates strategies, operations and resource allocation, and formulates the directives, processes and structures required for effective governance. The management holds regular meetings with a focus on strategic and operational development and follow-up of results.
